Born and raised in Southern California, Pam worked for many years in public relations and journalism supporting hotel owners, hospitality management companies and private equity investors in the hospitality and mixed use development sector. She credits her background in journalism and communication for her ability to effectively present properties and negotiate transactions. In 2006, Pam shifted her focus to residential real estate with Willis Allen Real Estate in La Jolla, and Rancho Santa Fe, California. Today she enjoys supporting her clients in Colorado with Compass and the Schossow Group.
She relocated with her husband and daughter from San Diego to Denver in 2017 and is keenly aware of the nuances of market dynamics in California and Colorado when working with buyers seeking to relocate to the Denver Metro area, or purchasing a vacation home in the Rocky Mountains. Pam and her husband Kevin traded in their surfboards for skis and love exploring all that Colorado offers with their school aged daughter Avery. Pam’s active involvement in the local community allows her to provide her clients with invaluable insights into the overall experience of living in Highlands Ranch and surrounding areas.
Pam has a longstanding history of giving back to the places where she lives and works, with a focus on local charities that directly benefit families, outdoor spaces and her love of horses. Pam gives a percentage of every closing to the Highlands Ranch Backcountry Wilderness Area Conservation and Education Fund which provides 26 miles of trails, year-long family activities, children and youth camps, equestrian programs, and 8,200 acres of conservation space.
