Josh Geist has called Colorado home for most of his life and brings a deep appreciation for its people, neighborhoods, and lifestyle. A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and former college football player, Josh spent more than a decade in the corporate world honing his skills in relationship-driven sales and negotiation. His experience working with high-performing teams and completing world class sales training gives him a clear edge in the real estate market, where strategy and communication make all the difference.

Today, Josh channels that experience into helping families buy, sell, and invest across the Denver metro area. He takes pride in offering honest advice, steady guidance, and a hands-on approach that makes every client feel confident from start to finish.

Josh and his wife, Lauren, live in Parker with their three children, James, Lila, and Lucy. Outside of real estate, he enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams, renovating homes, and exploring Colorado’s mountains and trails with his family and two dogs.
