The Club and Membership

While Ravenna's golf course is the centerpiece of the club, Ravenna has also added new amenities to its offerings for members. La Bella Vita, a state-of-the-art fitness center, opened in late 2018 and features group fitness, personal training and multiple workout areas for members adjacent to a resort-style pool and hot tub. A sunset terrace overlooking the pool is available for happy hours, summer dining and private events.

The brand new 24,000 square foot clubhouse recently opened in July 2022 featuring an elegant restaurant and bar, men's and ladies locker rooms and lounges, the golf shop, wine room and more. Membership also features an assortment of social activities, dinners and family events throughout the year.

Living at Ravenna

There are three ways to live at Ravenna: Build your own custom or semi-custom home, buy a completed or under construction spec home, or purchase a resale home as they come on the market. Of the 243 original custom homesites at Ravenna, only a few remain. Homes for sale and on the market typically average from $2 - $5 million and homesites are available from the $300,000s up to $900,000+. 

The first group of homes at Ravenna were built in the mid-to-late 2000s and featured Tuscan and Spanish-style architecture. Those design concepts have continued to today and have combined with many more modern and contemporary-style homes. Typical features of homes in the neighborhood include main floor living, gourmet kitchens, wine cellars, outdoor living spaces and golf cart parking. Throughout Ravenna, you'll find that no two homes are alike and no two homesites are alike. The one-of-a-kind feeling matches the beauty found in the surrounding landscapes.

History of Ravenna

It’s been nearly two decades from groundbreaking at Ravenna to where we are today, and it’s astounding to take a trip down memory lane for those of us who have been here since before the first golf ball was teed up. The community now features nearly 200 occupied residences and is nearing the end of lot sales.

The golf course itself remains one of the state’s most stunning while the club has benefitted from new ownership and now features over 300 members. Amenities include a new fitness center and pool and the newly completed clubhouse (opened July 2022). We should all feel proud to have supported our growing community, certainly one of Colorado’s most beautiful as it matures into what we envisioned not so long ago.
