Now in 2024, only a handful of undeveloped homesites remain as the development is in its final stages of new construction. There has been a natural turnover in the neighborhood from some of the original homeowners and members. These factors, along with pent up demand in the local market and an increased awareness about all that Ravenna offers, has resulted in a recent surge of new demand at Ravenna.
“There has been a pickup in activity this year as well as an increase in available inventory across all price points from $2 million to $5 million homes,” Nick Schossow adds. “We are excited to bring more than $30 million of new inventory at Ravenna to the market in 2024 which will include both new construction homes and gorgeous existing homes.”
Recently, The Schossow Group brought four beautiful homes (below) to the market which are currently available. These homes represent the variety that prospective new buyers at Ravenna can see at varied price points and styles. In addition, the team also helps buyers and sellers navigate off-market opportunities through their connections and relationships in the marketplace, other brokers and Ravenna residents and members. This included 7945 Galileo Way, closing in 2023, which was sold off market allowing the sellers ample time and flexibility to close and move.
