With 24 years of real estate expertise, April Stahl delivers exceptional results by blending meticulous attention to detail, active listening, and top-tier contract negotiation skills. She began her career in 2000 at the prestigious Buell Mansion in Cherry Hills Village and has excelled in both new construction and residential real estate. A significant highlight of her career was launching and selling Ravenna Country Club in Littleton, showcasing her ability to handle complex projects with strategic marketing, in-depth research, and exceptional industry-wide relationships. April currently lives in the BackCountry neighborhood of Highlands Ranch and offers her clients unmatched local knowledge while extending her expertise throughout the Denver metro area.

In her free time, April enjoys quality time with her husband, AJ, and their three children. She leads the BackCountry Run Club, and loves skiing, hiking or running in the mountains. April enjoys volunteering in her children’s school, leads local run for a cause initiatives, and enjoys serving with her family at the Denver Dream Center.
