Dale Schossow

Dale Schossow has a distinguished career in the real estate industry spanning over 40 years of residential brokerage, including representing some of the finest luxury homes and communities in Colorado. He has owned and operated three brokerage firms and worked with clients in all facets of real estate sales, custom home construction, and development.

Dale’s expertise and knowledge in new construction real estate is extensive and comprehensive. He, with Vintage Marketing Group, Inc. and Perlmutter-Witkin Development, was the Community Manager and Broker in charge of sales at Buell Mansion in Cherry Hills Village, from the initial lot closing to the final home sale. He then was the Operations Director and Listing Broker at the exclusive Club at Ravenna, a private resort lifestyle community southwest of Denver near Waterton Canyon. There, Dale was responsible for closing home sites and builder custom homes totaling.

His contributions also helped The Club at Ravenna to earn prestigious awards from Travel and Leisure, the Home Builders Association, Golfweek, and Golf Digest. His work for Ravenna represents his commitment and unwavering spirit on behalf of his clients.

He is knowledgeable, experienced, and committed to the best interests of those he represents. Dale is proud of his real estate efforts with his son, Nick Schossow, daughter April Stahl, Molly Petrelli and Bill Airy as part of The Schossow Group.
