The Littleton location of Shift Workspaces, located in the heart of Old Town on Main Street, offers offices, workstations, conference room and amenities for teams of all sizes. Shift Workspaces was founded by Grant Barnhill in 2012 based on a passion for community and a drive to personalize concierge-level services for career professionals. Shift private offices are fully furnished for a modern luxury workspace with sit-stand desks, ergonomic chairs, filing cabinets, and can be configured for teams of any size. If a full private office is not needed, dedicated desks, community passes and virtual offices are also available. In total, there are 117 private offices in addition to the open co-working spaces. Amenities include a full kitchen, coffee bar, snacks, conference rooms, catered breakfasts, events and more. The offices are even dog-friendly to boot. Located on Main Street in Downtown Littleton, a number of great local restaurants are within walking distance including The Melting Pot, Viewhouse, Smokin’ Fins, Café Terracotta and more.

The location is an obvious fit for The Schossow Group, with its South Denver location close to the areas where the team conducts most of its business. It’s a short drive in each direction to The Club at Ravenna, Highlands Ranch and BackCountry. The team also calls the Compass DTC office home bookending most of the south Denver corridor. It’s the Shift location, however, that Dale and Nick Schossow frequent on a near daily basis and use for team meetings and client meetings when needed. The team has also hosted several events in Shift’s stylish gathering spaces and outdoor patio overlooking the Rocky Mountains.

As an added bonus for the Schossow Group, Dublin Development also calls Shift Littleton their home.
